Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field as stated.
10+ years in network/business/infrastructure development or similar.
5+ years leading multi-regional teams.
Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
Strong relationships with government agencies and large developers preferred.
Track record securing nationwide or multi-site agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead nationwide network development including site acquisition and partnerships.
Develop and execute expansion strategies for products.
Identify strategic sites through developers, malls, and partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure compliance with standards.
Build relationships with government authorities, utilities, landlords, and partners.
Secure nationwide multi-site agreements with strategic partners.
Oversee compliance before handover to Setup & Operations.
Lead the network development team to high performance.
