Job summary

VTSA International Inc., the exclusive distributor of Schneider lifts in the Philippines, is hiring a Project Engineer to join our Pasig on-site team. You will assist in planning and implementing EV charging infrastructure, prepare drawings, BOMs, and schedules, conduct site surveys, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and monitor progress for quality and safety.

Applicants should have a BS EE, 1–3 years experience or fresh grads, Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and willingness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
1–3 years in electrical projects or related field; fresh graduates may apply.
Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and wiring installation.
Familiarity with EV charging systems is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willing to conduct site visits and travel as needed.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Assist planning, design, and implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical documents including drawings, BOM, schedules, and reports.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical assessments.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and turnover of EV charging systems.
Maintain accurate project records and update reports.
