Job summary

VTSA International Inc., the exclusive Distributor of Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines, is hiring a PROJECT ENGINEER to plan, design, and implement EV charging infrastructure.

You will prepare technical documents, conduct site surveys, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, monitor progress, and support testing and turnover of EV charging systems. A BS EE and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required; familiarity with EV charging systems and AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BS EE) required.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical projects (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and wiring installation.
• Familiarity with EV charging systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design,and implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical documents including drawings, BOM, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct site surveys,inspections, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress andensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and turnover of EV charging systems.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and update reports.
