XtendOps, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Frontline Support Representative for our Dental Account in Cebu City.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and supporting with scheduling, payments, and general care. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple conversations independently, using CRM systems and Western Dental tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Experience with CRM tools and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries about appointments, dental services, and general assistance.
• Assist with scheduling, payments, treatment plans, and account issues.
• Resolve patient concerns efficiently using CRM tools and Western Dental systems.
• Coordinate with dental offices and other teams for complex cases.
• Document interactions and feedback accurately.
