Job summary

PrimaCare Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to consult, diagnose, plan, and provide dental treatments while ensuring proper documentation. You will support clinic operations, inventory, and staff performance across branches in the Philippines.

The role requires maintaining high patient care standards, collaborating with management for approvals, and contributing to branch targets. Orthodontics knowledge is a plus; 1–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid PRC Dentist License.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality dental care and treatment.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in Orthodontics, but applications from newly licensed dentists are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Promote oral health and prevent dental diseases through prophylaxis, restorations, extractions, and tooth replacement.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests.
• Conduct patient consultations and present treatment options.
• Administer anesthetics safely and effectively.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws; perform orthodontic adjustments.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Prescribe medications to manage pain or discomfort.
• Accurately encode procedures in records and software.
• Assist in stock management of consumables and instruments.
• Support daily clinic activities and staff performance.
• Maintain harmonious working relationships with team members.
• Communicate with Management for approvals on material requests.
• Contribute to achieving monthly financial and operational targets.
• Coordinate with head office to resolve customer service issues.
