Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines seeks a Dental Billing Specialist to support US dental clinics with billing, collections and payments posting. You will create accurate claims, track status, and correspond with clinics for supporting information.

The role requires attention to detail, data entry speed, and availability for night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for 1–2 years of medical billing experience. Work-from-home setup is supported.

Qualificações

Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of medical billing experience have higher chances.
Knowledge of Insurance policy types (PPO/HMO) preferred but not required.
Ability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems and dental billing workflows (preferred).
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Data entry speed 40 WPM or better.
Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
Ability to work from home with reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

Create accurate dental insurance claims for US clinics to maximize reimbursement.
Track insurance claim status, appeal and correct denied claims.
Coordinate with dental clinics to obtain supporting claim information.
Identify denial patterns and help implement preventive billing policies.

Job Description

The Dental Billing Specialist will be part of the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, that provides services such as billing, collections, and payments posting for Dental clinics/service providers in the United States.

Create accurate claims for quick and maximum reimbursement
Track insurance claim status; appeal, correct rejected/denied insurance claims
Work with dental clinics to gather supporting claim information
Identify denial/rejection patterns and implement corrective policy for future prevention

Salary

PHP 20,000- 30,000/ month

Minimum Qualifications

OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES but candidates with 1-2 years of Medical Billing experience has a higher chance of being selected
Familiarity with Insurance policy types, PPO, HMO, MediCal (preferred but not required)
Ability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of Dental anatomy and procedural understanding of general dentistry procedures (preferred but not required)
Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
Data entry skills (40 WPM or better)
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
