Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is hiring for a Dental Billing and Collections role. You will collect outstanding balances from insurance companies, investigate denied or underpaid claims, and submit appeals.

You will review EOBs, communicate with insurance providers and dental offices, identify denial patterns, and document all collection efforts while working from home with a night shift in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dental collection or billing experience.
• Familiarity with PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal insurance types.
• Ability to navigate Healthcare Practice Management systems.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Data entry speed of 40 WPM or better.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work from home with a reliable internet connection and night shifts.
