The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a dental billing lead role, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Night shifts with work-from-home options are available in a Philippine-based team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a dental billing team lead role.
• Experience in full cycle dental billing: verification, submission, posting, AR follow-up.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide a team.

• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
