Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines invites a capable Dental Billing Team Lead to manage the full cycle of dental billing, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up, while mentoring the team to meet and exceed departmental goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in dental billing leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, night-shift availability, and the ability to work from home with a reliable internet

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a dental billing team lead role.
• Extensive experience in full cycle dental billing processes including verification, submission, posting and follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
