Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier to join our U.S. dental billing/collections team. The role involves verifying eligibility via web portal, fax, or phone, and entering data into the Practice Management System.

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Night shifts and work-from-home setup are available, with benefits including health insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome or 1 year of experience as Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.
• Familiarity with PPO, HMO, MediCal.
• Proficient in at least one major Dental Practice Management system.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Verify dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax, or phone.
• Gather eligibility for specific procedures, including coverage percentages, history and frequency limitations.
• Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System.

Job Description:

Salary: 20,000- 25,000 PHP/ month

The Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier will join the Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, which handles billing, collections, and payment posting services for dental clinics and service providers in the United States.

• Confirm dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax back, phone call.
• Gather patient eligibility for specific Dental procedures, including coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, billing guidelines.
• Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System.
• Work with the Dental clinic real time to verify eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedure(s).

Minimum Qualifications:

• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES with no experience or least 1 year as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.
• Familiarity with Dental Insurance policy types, PPO, HMO, MediCal.
• Ability to navigate one or more major Dental Practice Management system(s), specifically scheduling, patient demographics, insurance information.
• Procedural understanding of general dentistry procedures.
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Data entry skills (40 WPM or better).
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
