Job summary

SnappyCX is seeking an experienced Dental Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a dental practice with end-to-end billing, claims management, and AR activities. The role is fully remote with hours between 15 and 40 per week, aligned to US Eastern, Central, or Pacific Time.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in dental billing, Dentrix Ascend experience, and strong communication skills to handle insurance claims, denials, and patient balances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dental billing, insurance, or AR.
• In-depth knowledge of dental claims and AR workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dental billing and AR processes.
• Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims.
• Review unpaid or denied claims and resolve balances.
• Post payments and reconcile with submitted claims.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits as needed.
• Maintain accurate billing records in the practice management system.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, patients, and dental staff.
