Snapscale is seeking an experienced Dental Virtual Assistant to support US-based dental clinics from a remote location. The role focuses on patient support, administrative tasks, insurance verification, and front-office duties.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, experience with dental administration, and the ability to manage appointments, records, and inquiries with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dental practices.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, inbound calls.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
• Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff
