Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, mixing, shaping, baking, and decorating bakery products.
• Prepare items for restaurants, buffets, banquets, and resort events.
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and portion standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the bakery area and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and minimize food waste.
