Job summary

Diversey Philippines Inc. in Makati seeks a seasoned Demand & Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting and S&OP processes for an assigned portfolio. You will balance demand with supply, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and ensure service targets are met.

You will work with SAP and Logility, manage inventory, open orders, and capacity planning, and provide regular planning reports to Management. The role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Logility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP and demand reviews with Sales, translating market insights and historical data into accurate, validated forecasts.
• Manage forecasting, SFA and forecast bias, identifying variances and driving corrective actions with Sales.
• Monitor supply constraints, open orders, production, OTIF and inventory to ensure supply continuity and customer service.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to manage slow-moving, near-expiry and excess inventory and support working capital targets.
• Maintain accurate planning data and MRP settings in SAP and Logility.
• Provide regular S&OP, supply chain and performance reports to Management.
• Oversee key supply chain administration, including Import/Export documentation, vendor invoice verification and IRGR performance.

We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive profitable growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned territory.

About the role

This role will be responsible for leading demand and supply planning for an assigned portfolio of products, with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process being a critical component of the role.

The position will develop the consensus demand plan, identify and address supply constraints, and contribute to overall product supply and capacity planning. The role will also serve as a key point of contact for Sales and Marketing, while actively participating in product lifecycle management activities.

The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate forecasts to support the delivery of inventory and customer service targets across the assigned portfolio. This includes balancing demand requirements with supply capabilities and ensuring effective alignment across key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, analytical and comfortable working across multiple functions. You should be able to translate market and business information into meaningful demand insights and confidently engage Sales and other stakeholders to drive better forecasting and supply outcomes.

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Logility is preferred.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Supply Chain teams.
