Job summary

Diversey is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Lead in Makati, Philippines to drive S&OP processes, translate market data into accurate forecasts, and balance demand with supply to ensure high service levels.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, monitor inventory health, and support working capital targets while maintaining accurate planning data in SAP and Logility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP and/or Logility preferred.
• Commercially minded and able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP and demand reviews with Sales, translating market insights into validated forecasts.

We are seeking a **Demand & Supply Planning Manager** to drive profitable growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned territory. **About the role** This role will be responsible for leading demand and supply planning for an assigned portfolio of products, with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process being a critical component of the role. The position will develop the consensus demand plan, identify and address supply constraints, and contribute to overall product supply and capacity planning. The role will also serve as a key point of contact for Sales and Marketing, while actively participating in product lifecycle management activities. The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate forecasts to support the delivery of inventory and customer service targets across the assigned portfolio. This includes balancing demand requirements with supply capabilities and ensuring effective alignment across key stakeholders. **Key responsibilities:*** Lead monthly S&OP and demand reviews with Sales, translating market insights and historical data into accurate, validated forecasts.* Manage forecasting, **SFA and forecast bias**, identifying variances and driving corrective actions with Sales.* Monitor supply constraints, open orders, production, OTIF and inventory to ensure supply continuity and customer service.* Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams to manage slow-moving, near-expiry and excess inventory and support working capital targets.* Maintain accurate planning data and MRP settings in **SAP and Logility**.* Provide regular S&OP, supply chain and performance reports to Management.* Oversee key supply chain administration, including Import/Export documentation, vendor invoice verification and IRGR performance. **What we are looking for:** We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, analytical and comfortable working across multiple functions.
