We are seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive profitable growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned territory. This role will be responsible for leading demand and supply planning for an assigned portfolio of products, with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process being a critical component of the role. The position will develop the consensus demand plan, identify and address supply constraints, and contribute to overall product supply and capacity planning. The role will also serve as a key point of contact for Sales and Marketing, while actively participating in product lifecycle management activities. The position will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate forecasts to support the delivery of inventory and customer service targets across the assigned portfolio. This includes balancing demand requirements with supply capabilities and ensuring effective alignment across key stakeholders.
