Job summary

Pascual Consumer Healthcare Corp. is seeking a seasoned Demand and Supply Planning Manager to lead forecasting and planning activities across the supply chain.

The role ensures full product availability and maintains optimal inventory within approved parameters. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, has at least five years in demand and supply planning with two years in leadership, and is proficient in ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in demand & supply planning.
• At least two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution is an advantage.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Inventory optimization and production planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Supply Chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, fill-rate).
• Budgeting & capacity planning knowledge.
• Strong people management and team leadership capability.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance.

Job description

The Demand and Supply Planning Manager oversees the provision of accurate and comprehensive forecasting and planning activities to effectively manage the supply chain that supports the achievement of business goals. This is done by ensuring full availability of all PCHC products and maintains accurate inventory levels within approved supply and demand parameters.

General Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any equivalent business course

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in demand & supply planning

• At least two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution industry is an advantage

• Must have strong expertise in Demand and Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes

• Proficient in ERP/MRP Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar platforms)

• Advanced skills in using MS Excel (e.g. capable of using pivot tables, making data analysis, etc.)

• Knowledge of Inventory Optimization and Production Planning

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem - solving skills

• Solid understanding of Supply Chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, fill-rate, etc.

• Knowledge of Budgeting & Capacity planning

• Strong people management and team leadership capability
