• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments are essential.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, retail, or distribution is an advantage.

Job description

This role will develop accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales, market trends, promotional activities, seasonality, and business plans. The Demand Planner will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure demand projections align with business objectives and market requirements.

The successful candidate will manage and continuously improve forecasting processes, monitor forecast accuracy and demand variances, identify potential supply or inventory risks, and provide timely recommendations to support effective inventory planning. The role will also participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, consolidate demand inputs from different business units and channels, and translate data into actionable insights that support product availability while minimizing excess inventory and stock-outs.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, preferably with experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments are essential.
