Diversey Philippines Inc. is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to drive growth, develop strategic relationships, and deliver exceptional service across an assigned portfolio.

The role leads demand and supply planning with the S&OP process as a key component, develops consensus demand plans, and addresses supply constraints to support inventory and service targets. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, manage forecasts, monitor constraints, and maintain accurate planning

Qualifications

• Commercially aware and analytical, able to work across multiple functions.
• Translate market and business information into meaningful demand insights and engage Sales and other stakeholders.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or Logility is preferred.
• Commercially minded, proactive and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP and demand reviews with Sales, translating market insights and historical data into forecasts.
• Manage forecasting, S&OP and forecast bias, identifying variances and driving corrective actions.
• Monitor supply constraints, open orders, OTIF and inventory to ensure supply continuity.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to manage slow-moving, near-expiry and excess inventory.
• Maintain planning data and MRP settings in SAP and Logility.
• Provide regular S&OP, supply chain and performance reports to Management.
• Oversee Import/Export documentation, vendor invoice verification and related metrics.
