Job summary

JT International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Associate to drive accurate forecasts, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate market insights into effective demand plans that support sustainable growth. As part of the team, you will load SKUs into SAP IBP, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning, and prepare KPI reports to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning within FMCG.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly 18-month rolling forecasts for all SKUs using trends, seasonality, pricing, and market data.
• Ensure all new SKUs are loaded into SAP and related systems and coordinate timely communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Review and coordinate production data and schedules with global planning teams and support the S&OP process.
• Proactively monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Global Customer Service to minimize shortages and write-offs.
• Partner with Brand Managers on new projects, ensuring timely communication and alignment on requirements and risks.
• Support additional projects and ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
