About the role

Responsible for daily monitoring and analysis of store sales, inventory, and replenishment requirements to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily store sales, inventory, stock-outs, and replenishment needs.
• Analyze sales and inventory trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare demand forecasts and recommend replenishment quantities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Store Operations to ensure timely replenishment.
• Track forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and replenishment reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory, or retail operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to prepare data, perform basic demand analysis, assist in creating forecasts, and identify potential demand or inventory risks with supervision.
