Job summary

One Food Group is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to oversee the end-to-end demand planning and replenishment cycle at our Sta. Maria, Bulacan site.

You will forecast demand using historical data and market trends, align inventory planning with customer requirements, and work closely with Sales, Production, Marketing and Logistics to synchronize activities. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience with SAP/Oracle ERP, and hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or allied field (Statistics/Math/Engineering).
• Preferably Food Industry or FMCG planning or warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Willing to work full time on-site in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the demand planning and replenishment processes to align with the company's strategic goals and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and logistics to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Analyze and report on KPIs related to demand accuracy, inventory turnover, and service level targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the demand and replenishment processes while developing strategies to improve overall supply chain performance.
