Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive (Demand Generation & SQL Growth) to drive demand-gen activities and convert campaign interest into SQLs. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to nurture campaigns, webinars, and digital channels and translate engagement into booked meetings and pipeline opportunities.

You will manage prospect tracking, prioritize high-potential targets, and conduct qualification conversations to drive qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 3+ years of end-to-end software sales experience.
• Interest in sales development and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand generation activities and convert campaign-driven interest into SQLs.
• Maintain and update a prospect tracker for assigned accounts and identify high-potential targets.
• Perform structured outbound email outreach and qualify prospects to convert to SQLs.
• Book qualified meetings and demos, ensure proper handover with context and next steps.
• Track activities and provide insights to improve campaign-to-SQL conversion.
