Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Project Delivery / Operations / IT Services / Agency / Implementation environments.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading Team Leaders or cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to recover delayed projects and improve delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management, and operational processes.
• Ability to analyse data, identify problems, and make practical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
