• 4–8+ years in project/delivery/program management

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and capacity with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with timely timelines, dependencies, workflows, and documentation.
• Monitor progress via dashboards; identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to protect client satisfaction.
• Own delivery health signals, including utilization trends and SLA adherence.
• Lead internal delivery coordination across functions to reduce friction and rework.
• Partner with CPs and CSMs to ensure value realization and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal stand-ups and client delivery check-ins with clear actions and decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and team members with process orientation and tooling setup.
