Job summary

Capgemini in Manila is seeking a senior technology leader to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformation programs, overseeing digital banking platforms, core banking integrations, API ecosystems, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise applications.

You will drive delivery governance, risk management, and team leadership across globally distributed delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 5+ years in senior delivery leadership.
• Proven track record leading banking transformation programs.
• Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and distributed teams.
