Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an API Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for API design, development, and deployment within an Agile squad. You will ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance, and security while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, and DevOps to drive delivery quality, reuse of APIs, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering and integration experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for API squad across design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Lead API development activities and guide engineers through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps for delivery.
