Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking a senior Complex Project Manager to lead a large-scale Core Banking Transformation program across Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Payments. The role spans Philippines, India, and Singapore with multiple vendors under one delivery roadmap.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of PM experience, hands-on core banking delivery, and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2. You will drive governance and risk management while ensuring timely delivery and budget control.

Qualifications

15+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
Experience leading at least one end-to-end Core Banking implementation.
Strong understanding of Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Payments domains.
Proven experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex Core Banking Transformation Program.
Manage distributed teams across the Philippines, India, and Singapore.
Coordinate multiple vendors and technology partners under a single delivery roadmap.
Drive governance, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage project scope, budget, resource planning, and implementation timelines.
