Job summary

Capgemini in Metro Manila seeks a senior technology leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformations. You will oversee digital banking platforms, core banking integrations, API ecosystems, microservices architectures, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise applications.

You will manage multi-million-dollar programs, govern architecture, engage stakeholders, and lead distributed delivery teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and cybersecurity across programs.

• 12+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex banking technology programs from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Drive digital banking initiatives including mobile/internet banking, payments, cards, core banking integration, CRM, onboarding/KYC, and middleware platforms.
• Govern solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead API-first and microservices adoption, including API governance, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and distributed delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and risk management across programs.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing technology delivery teams.
