Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT, with 5+ years in senior delivery leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale banking transformation programs in regulated environments.
• Strong background in solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise tech delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking transformation programs from planning to implementation.
• Drive digital banking initiatives including core banking integrations and API ecosystems.
• Govern solution architecture for scalability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Lead API-first and microservices adoption, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, and containerized deployments.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and distributed delivery teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management across programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing technology delivery teams.
