Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee technical delivery and dependency management across stakeholders including Product Owner, Service Designer, Production Engineering, and Shared Services. The role covers SCRUM Master duties, project planning, scope, estimates, timelines, and compliant implementation of IT projects using Waterfall or Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• 5+ years as a full-time project manager in financial services/BFSI.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC and PM frameworks (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
• Proven track record of managing medium to large IT projects in banking/financial sector.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through full lifecycle (Developers, Designers, QA, BA).
• Strong IT systems understanding relevant to banking/financial services.
• Proficient in change management during implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery as SCRUM Master.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead daily stand-ups, manage backlog.
• Work with Product Owner/Manager and partners to plan timelines and delivery.
• Assist Product Owner in prioritization during planning cycles.
• Provide weekly updates on the Book of Work and re-scope as needed.
• Assign tasks and ensure timely outputs from team members.
• File and escalate BAU requests to move projects forward.
• Schedule discussions with bank partners on requirements and delivery.
• Identify and manage delivery risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT Governance and regulatory/compliance requirements.
