• Monitor pending deliveries and ensure timely follow-up with the appropriate teams.
• Assist in addressing delivery-related concerns and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and updates regarding delivery status.
• Perform other duties related to customer service and internal coordination as assigned.
