Job summary

Minebea Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Staff to support daily sales activities, coordinate product deliveries, address product concerns, and promote new offerings.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service. As a graduate with strong coordination and communication skills, you will learn product knowledge, develop sales capabilities, and build relationships with customers and departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate the delivery of mass-produced research products to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle and coordinate the resolution of product defects and customer concerns with the appropriate departments.
• Promote and introduce new products to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer orders, product concerns, and other sales-related matters.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers and provide timely updates when needed.
