Responsibilities

• Ensures customer orders are fulfilled through coordination with Operations Planner, warehouse and logistics personnel, and finance specialist.
• Allocates stocks provided by Supply Chain Operations Planner to all customers per policy.
• Keeps customers satisfied by offering alternatives when SKUs are unavailable and coordinates with SAS.
• Reports service level per SKU and delivery status to SAS and ASM.
• Maintains daily sales records and supports inventory and allocation decisions with Operations Planner and Manufacturing Specialist.
