Job summary

Shipzy PH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end booking processes, coordinating with customers, fleet partners, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of delivery requests.

Responsibilities include reviewing bookings, coordinating dispatch, monitoring status, and resolving operational issues while maintaining accurate records and preparing routine reports. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer booking requests through various channels.
• Verify booking details, including pickup and delivery locations, schedules, vehicle requirements, and customer information.
• Coordinate with fleet partners and dispatch personnel to assign bookings efficiently.
• Monitor active bookings and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Customer Support, and Sales teams to resolve booking and operational issues.
• Handle booking amendments, rescheduling, cancellations, and escalations.
• Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded in the company's systems.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly booking and operations reports.
