Offshore Outsource Operations, Inc. is seeking a Senior Team Manager to lead a debtors collections team for Australian accounts. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure ethical, compliant collections across our portfolio.
The role is 100% office-based in Ortigas Centre, Pasig, operating during Australian business hours. The ideal candidate brings extensive collections experience, strong leadership, and a customer-centric approach to drive performance and reliability.

As Senior Team Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of collectors while working closely with the Australian finance team to drive consistent results across the portfolio. You will oversee performance, compliance, and reporting using web-based debtor management platforms, ensuring escalated accounts are resolved professionally and to the highest ethical standards.
Lead, coach, and motivate the debtors collections team to meet and exceed performance targets
Monitor team KPIs, performance metrics, and individual targets, providing regular coaching and feedback
Manage escalated debtor accounts and resolve complex collections issues professionally
Ensure compliance with Australian debtors collections laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Full-time, Monday-to-Friday work

Essential Requirements — you MUST have ALL of the following to be considered:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in debtors collections
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leader role within a debt collection or credit control function
Previous experience working on an Australian account is highly desirable
A solid understanding of Australian debtors collections laws and compliance obligations
Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team
Experience using web-based debtor management software platforms within the service industry
Proficiency in accounting and database management software for reporting and activity management
The ability to work Australian business hours
A professional, solution-focused, and customer-centric approach

This is a 100% office-based role at Ortigas Centre, Pasig.
You must be able to work Australian business hours:
6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila time during Australian winter
5:00 AM–2:00 PM Manila time during Australian daylight savings
You must live within approximately one to one-and-a-half hours' commute of Ortigas Centre for an early morning start.
