Responsibilities

• Arrears and Debt Recovery: contact clients to discuss repayments per schedules.
• Data entry and basic records maintenance in standard systems.
• Record keeping of actions and updates for accuracy and traceability.
• Resolve basic customer issues and returns with guided supervision.
• Internal communication and courteous information exchange.
• Enter and verify data in company systems for accuracy and control.
• Participate in training and development to build capabilities.
• Follow straightforward procedures to meet quality and compliance.
