Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 months relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Arrears and Debt Recovery - Communicate with clients regarding repayments in accordance with established repayment schedules to maximize income received.
• Data Collection and Analysis - Perform basic data entry tasks.
• Record Keeping - Record actions, activities, and basic information in standard systems.
• Resolving Customer Issues - Respond to basic customer issues, such as returns.
• Internal Communications - Exchange information with people by having courteous interactions.
• Financial Management and Control - Enter data into standard company systems, and verify accuracy.
• Personal Capability Building - Engage in assessment and development planning activities and training.
• Operational Compliance - Follow procedures to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.
