Responsibilities

• Arrears and debt recovery: communicate with clients regarding repayments per schedules to maximize income.
• Data collection and analysis: perform basic data entry tasks.
• Record keeping: record actions and information in standard systems.
• Resolving customer issues: respond to basic customer issues, such as returns.
• Internal communications: exchange information with colleagues politely.
• Financial management and control: enter data into standard systems and verify accuracy.
• Personal capability building: engage in training and development activities.
• Operational compliance: follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and codes of conduct.
