MG CDO - Sales Department in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee dealership sales operations and brand-building activities. You will drive monthly targets, supervise sales consultants, and coordinate digital marketing efforts to generate leads and close deals.

You will manage inventory, lead databases, and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring productivity and KPI adherence across departments.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in automotive retail, real estate, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
• Basic leadership skills and understanding of KPIs.
• Proficient with computers; knowledge of Facebook Marketing and remarketing.
• Able to write business letters/emails.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented and must have a driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the dealership's sales operations to meet monthly targets.
• Oversee the sales operation of accessories for brand-new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants at least 2 units per month, including leads, appointments, test drives, credit applications, deposits, and approvals.
• Oversee and implement SC productivity as per contract; training and skill building; license requirements.
• Oversee brand building and social media updates; monitor productivity/basis of sales production.
• Oversee and implement digital marketing activities from Centralized Page, 3rd party leads, and remarketing.
• Create, augment, and maintain the dealership lead database.
• Manage vehicle inventory, aging statuses (1-30 days healthy, 31-60 fair, 61-90 critical, 91+ unacceptable).
• Submit prospecting reports to VP-Operations with orders, closing schedule, and productivity sheet.
• Submit Mancom reports with sales/marketing activity, market analysis, and recommendations.
• General troubleshooting.
