Job summary

MG Motors General Santos - Sales Department seeks an experienced Sales Manager to oversee dealership sales operations and achieve monthly targets. You will drive brand and accessory sales, manage sales team productivity, and coordinate digital marketing efforts including Facebook lead generation and remarketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably automotive retail, real estate, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Basic leadership skills; ability to understand KPIs.
• Proficient with computers; experience with Facebook Marketing; knowledge of remarketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership sales operations to meet monthly targets.
• Oversee sales of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants, including leads, appointments, test drives, and credit applications.
• Implement productivity improvements and training per SC contracts.
• Coordinate sales/brand building and monitor activity productivity, including social media updates.
