Job summary

MG Motors General Santos - Sales Department is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the dealership’s sales operations and achieve monthly targets for vehicles and accessories.

The role requires leadership, a solid sales background, customer service strengths, and knowledge of digital marketing tools like Facebook Marketing to drive leads and conversions. You will manage team productivity and mentor consultants while reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum sales experience (preferably automotive retail; real estate; Insurance)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Has basic leadership skills; can understand Key Performance Indicators
• Proficient with computer applications; use of Facebook Marketing; Basic understanding of remarketing
• Able to write business letters/emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Must have a driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales operation of the assigned dealership to produce monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Oversee the sales operation of accessories for brand new vehicles.
• Maintain productivity of sales consultants to meet monthly targets (leads, appointments, test drives, credit apps, deposits, approvals).
• Oversee and implement SC productivity per contract (training, skill building, driver’s license).
• Oversee Sales/Brand Building activity and social media updates to the market; monitor productivity.
• Oversee and implement digital marketing activities including Facebook Page leads, 3rd party leads, remarketing.
• Create and maintain dealership lead database and related activities to tap this market.
• Oversee vehicle inventory care and aging metrics (1-30 days healthy, 31-60 fair, 61-90 critical, 91+ unacceptable).
• Submit general prospecting and Mancom reports with sales, activity, productivity insights.
• Submit a Management Committee report with market analysis and recommendations.
• General troubleshooting.
