Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily dealership accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of vehicle sales, aftersales, parts, and collections. You will help maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure policy compliance across branches.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy, familiarity with bookkeeping, Excel and ERP systems, and a six-day workweek readiness. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of accounting experience in automotive/dealership settings is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with dealership operations, vehicle sales, inventory, and cash handling is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/ERP systems.
• High integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments.
• Willing to work on a six-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare receipts, invoices, vouchers, POs, and payment requests.
• Record and reconcile vehicle sales, parts revenue, deposits, and other branch transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable/payable, cash collections, and bank transactions.
• Prepare daily collection reports, bank deposits, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and F&I teams to ensure proper documentation.
