The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting customer briefings, and performing credit investigations. Applicants should own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license, with a preference for those with experience in the 2-wheel industry. Full training will be provided, making this opportunity suitable for both experienced and new candidates.
Qualifications
Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license (Non-Pro / Pro).
Preferably with a background in the 2-wheel industry or sales.
Must be willing to work on-field.
Responsibilities
Assist walk-in and scheduled applicants with their 2W loan inquiries.
Ensure assigned sales targets are consistently achieved.
Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan signing.
Perform field credit investigations and submit results within standard timelines.
Conduct KYC checks, validate IDs, verify signatures, and assist with contract signing.
Ensure complete submission of loan and dealer documents within the day or next day.
Arrange and submit loan folders to SBF Head Office/SMU for safekeeping.
Monitor customers’ first three installment payments.
Encourage customers with delayed payments through SMS, calls, or courtesy visits.
Provide updates to dealers regarding endorsed loan applications.
Maintain strong business relationships with assigned dealers.
Deliver excellent customer service for loan inquiries and application concerns.
