Responsibilities

• Generate 2-Wheel loan applications from partner dealers and ensure timely resolution of dealer-related issues.
• Assist customers applying for a 2-Wheel loan and endorse applications from the client’s end.
• Update dealers on the status of loan applications endorsed to SBF; aim for zero complaints on updates.
• Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing; ensure 100% client briefing efficiency.
• Ensure completion of documentary requirements for booking; avoid delays and ensure timely booking documents.
• Build and maintain good business relationships with dealers; strive for zero complaints.
• Employee may perform other related tasks as assigned.

JOBSUMMARY

The DealerCoordinator is responsible for generating 2-Wheel applications from the partnerdealers. The Dealer Coordinator should ensure that all dealer relatedissues are being resolved and addressed on a timely manner.

PRINCIPALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuresthat given sales targets are achieved / 100% target achievement

Assiststhe customer who applies for a 2-Wheel loan/ Proper endorsement ofapplication from the client’s end

Updatesthe dealers on the status of the loan applications that wereendorsed to SBF from time to time. / Zero complaints from dealers onstatus updates

Conductscustomer’s briefing during unit release and loan documentssigning./ 100% Efficiency on client’s briefing. Zero complaintsfrom clients.

Ensuresthe completion of the documentary requirements needed for booking.No delayed bookings. Timely completion of booking documents

Buildsand maintains good business relationship with the handled dealers.Zero complaints from Dealers.
