This position favors channel-development excellence over direct selling and requires strong relationship-building across dealer networks and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in channel sales or dealer management.
• Strong technical understanding of pumps, motors, or related systems.
• Proven ability to influence sales outcomes through partners not direct selling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills.
• Comfortable across multiple regions and dealer accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage and expand assigned dealer networks to achieve regional sales targets.
• Build relationships with dealer principals, sales teams and technical staff.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and recommend new dealer appointments.
• Monitor dealer performance and guide improvements in sales execution and compliance.
• Equip dealers with product knowledge, pricing structures and selling tools.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and engineering teams for proposals and tender support.
• Gather market/competitor intelligence via dealer feedback and field engagement.
• Support dealers through the sales cycle with order processing and after-sales coordination.
