Qualifications

• Experience reviewing contracts, order forms or similar documents.
• Ability to draft or update commercial documents through execution and records.
• Strong analytical judgment to clarify incomplete requests and identify issues.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work with deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-moving global support environment.
• Must meet hybrid, rotational shift and peak-period coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update and quality-check orders, contracts, and related documents.
• Review terms and identify gaps before processing.
• Create/validate quotes and registrations; triage Deal Desk requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, IT and revenue teams.
• Process signed orders, arrange countersignature and ensure execution.
• Manage multiple global transactions against deadlines and SLAs.
• Provide regional support across shifts including month-end and holidays.
