Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Spanish Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst to provide multilingual Finance & Accounting support as the primary language interface between client stakeholders, vendors, customers, and delivery teams. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of finance within a return-to-office setup in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency required; no domain specialization.
• Minimum language proficiency; familiar, open to higher proficiency when available.

Responsibilities

• Execute Finance & Accounting processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), FP&A Support, or Treasury operations as assigned.
• Process finance transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and exception handling activities in ERP systems.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, business stakeholders, and client contacts in the required foreign language.
• Translate finance-related communications, reports, procedures, work instructions, and business documentation.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and client procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI updates, and management information as required.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles in both English and the supported language.
