Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a PTP Analyst - Spanish Speaker to manage procure-to-pay processes, including invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, reconciliations, and month-end activities.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to meet SLA/OLA requirements, support process improvements, and ensure accurate reporting, with assignment at UP Ayala Technohub in Commonwealth, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Proficient with the Spanish Language (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening).
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of general finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge or beginner level in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes including invoice processing and payments.

Role and Responsibilities

As a PTP Analyst - Spanish Speaker, you will manage Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, vendor master data, reconciliations, query management, month-end activities, travel and expense administration, and reporting.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, meet SLA/OLA requirements, and support continuous process improvements to enhance invoice payment performance and cycle times.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Proficient with the Spanish Language (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening)
• Graduates of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in our UP Ayala Technohub site (Commonwealth, Quezon City)
