Responsibilities

• Perform procure to pay processes using various systems and tracking tools.
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.
• Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
• Seek advice and elevate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
• Prepare reports and other dashboards as required to perform the daily operation.
• Attend and participate in internal and external meetings as part of the daily, weekly and monthly operation review and calibration.
• Communicate with clients any concerns that need client's attention.
• Serves as a backup for other colleagues.

POSITION TITLE: Mandarin Procure to Pay Operations Analyst

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

The overall purpose is to hire Mandarin and English-speaking resources as part of the AP team to perform different AP processes and provide support to the client within the scope of work in accordance with the contractual commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform procure to pay processes using various systems and tracking tools.
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems.
• Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
• Seek advice and elevate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
• Prepare reports and other dashboards as required to perform the daily operation.
• Attend and participate in internal and external meetings as part of the daily, weekly and monthly operation review and calibration.

• Languages Resources – No Domain skills. Minimum Career Level is CL11.
• Minimum Language Proficiency; Familiar, open to higher proficiency when available
